BASALT our fine-dining restaurant, is open on selected evenings of the week in partnership with Chef, James Diack. As an intimate fine dining restaurant it is the perfect place for romantic dinners and special occasions. James follows a ‘farm-to-fork’ philosophy where everything in his kitchen is prepared with freshest ingredients from his family farm, Brightside.
Basalt is open to local residents and hotel guests by reservation.
