While Chef Bauman previously owned smaller breakfast and lunch spots, Norcina marks her first venture into a full-service, sit-down restaurant, exuding just the right amount of big pig swagger. Embracing the city’s love for great Cal-Ital cuisine, Norcina impresses with creative handmade pastas and perfectly charred Neapolitan pies.
